Alumni Association Honors Volunteers and Elects New Trustees
Your University of Toledo Alumni Association held its Annual Meeting on Saturday, May 11, in the new William and Carol Koester Alumni Pavilion on UT’s Main Campus. 257 people – the largest Annual Meeting crowd in at least 25 years – showed up to for the installation of the new Alumni Association Board of Trustees and the announcement of volunteer and scholarship award recipients.
The Cleveland Chapter was selected as the Alumni Association’s Chapter of the Year, the College of Medicine and Life Sciences was honored as the Affiliate of the Year, and Cecelia Clarke was announced as the Volunteer of the Year for her outstanding efforts on behalf of the Office of Alumni Relations.
