Deborah Randall (Pharm ’77) was installed as the trustee representing District 1 in the Ohio Pharmacists Association. Randall has practiced community pharmacy in the Toledo area for more than 30 years and has held all offices in the Sandusky Valley Academy of Pharmacy. Before her retirement, she practiced at Grund Drug in Fremont, Ohio.

Dan Krinsky (Pharm ’81, PharmD ’84) was installed as trustee representing District 1 in the Ohio Pharmacists Association. He currently practices as manager of MTM Services for Giant Eagle pharmacy in Ravenna, Ohio. Krinsky is also an associate professor of pharmacy practice at the Northeast Ohio Medical University’s College of Pharmacy, and is actively involved in OPA’s Legal & Regulatory and Medication Therapy Management committees.
**Rodney Walton (Bus ’83) was promoted to senior vice president, senior private banker at First Federal Bank, headquartered in Defiance, Ohio. He is actively involved in the community and serves as vice chair and board member for the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts, trustee of the Findlay Country Club, member and past president of the Findlay Rotary Club, and member and past chair of the Findlay/Hancock County Chamber of Commerce.

Kenneth Campbell (UTCTC ’94) recently became the chief of police for the city of Walbridge, Ohio.

Dr. Carmen Quatman (PhD ’09, MED ’11) received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the College of Science and Health Professions at Edinboro University in Edinboro, Pa. Quatman is an orthopaedic surgeon at Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center and an assistant professor in the Department or Orthopedics.
Brandon Craig (Pharm ’05, PharmD ’07) was honored by the Ohio Pharmacists Association as an UNDER-40 award recipient for professional achievements and vision in the practice of pharmacy. He serves on the Ohio Pharmacists Association board of trustees, representing District 12. Craig is lead clinical pharmacist at Gentry Health Services and also practices at Discount Drug Mart.
Captain Justin J. Shedron (A/S ’07) ) became a life member of the Ohio Bar Association as a licensed attorney-at-law.

Kevin Day (Pharm ’12, Honors ’12, PharmD ’14, Honors ’14) was honored by the Ohio Pharmacists Association as an UNDER-40 award recipient for professional achievements and vision in the practice of pharmacy. Day practices at Day’s Miami Heights Pharmacy in Cincinnati, while being a part of the leadership team of CPESN (Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Networks) Ohio, a clinically integrated network of community-based pharmacies that provide enhanced patient care services focused on reducing overall health care costs.

Charisse Montgomery (MA ’10, MEd ’14) was selected as the first lay member of the editorial board for Pediatrics, the official flagship journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the most cited journal in pediatric medicine. She serves on the board and as president of the Patient and Family Partnership Council for Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Cleveland. Montgomery is the author of the “Super Safe Kids” book series, which promote self-advocacy to improve health care and community safety. The series includes the following books, “Power Wheelchair Safety for Kids,” “Hospital Safety for Kids,” and “Central Line Safety for Kids.”

*Susan (Anderson) Gruben (A/S ’69) and Walter R. Kaulfers were married on Oct. 22, 2017. Susan is a retired associate professor of horticulture and botany at Bergen Community College, located in Paramus, N.J., and Walter is retired as head electrician of the Meadowlands Racetrack and is the past grand master of the Freemasons of the State of New Jersey in 2016. The couple reside in Oakland, N.J. Together they have four children and 10 grandchildren.

Working in the Public Information office, he was the editor of the Toledo Alumni Magazine. O’Conor taught news writing and reporting classes for the Communication Department.
