Homecoming: Just the Beginning!
Homecoming 2019 was another great celebration – from our gala to the parade and football game, it was great to welcome so many Rocket alumni and supporters back to campus and connect with our neighbors.

Fall is a great time to be on campus, and we’ve brought a lot of positive energy to the new academic year.

Your UToledo degree is more valuable than ever. Our new Fueling Tomorrows brand is attracting new students and enhancing our reputation with bold stories highlighting the successes of our students, faculty and alumni. Last month, we were ranked among the top 100 public universities in the latest Wall Street Journal / Times Higher Education Rankings. And in a nod to our role in advancing science as a public research university, we were chosen by the U.S. Department of Energy to host National Lab Day.

Our commitment to student success has never been stronger. We’re celebrating an all-time high six-year graduation rate and seven straight years of climbing first-year retention. This year’s entering class has a record academic profile, with the highest average ACT and GPA scores.

These are only a few of the recent highlights we can all take pride in. Your support helps us continue our positive momentum to provide life-changing learning experiences and research discoveries.
